D4vd is an indie rock artist from Houston, Texas, who grew popular with his soft, emotional yearning music. D4vd’s single “Romantic Homicide” reached no. 34 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, which led him to sign with Darkroom and Interscope Records, all before he finished high school. More specifically, his song “Here With Me” charted on the Billboard Hot 100 back in January of 2023. He has successfully earned himself a spot on Billboard 21 Under 21 and Variety Young Hollywood honors, as well as performing at the biggest festival in the U.S., Coachella. It became one of TikTok’s most-used songs, which boosted him to the top of the chart, allowing him to collaborate with and perform on stage with some of K-pop’s biggest stars and shows.
This collaboration with Stray Kids’ Hyunjin was highly anticipated, as fans were already speculating on some kind of collaboration between the two artists. However, the speculation began when Hyunjin spoke about D4vd in an interview with Teen Vogue, and vice versa when D4vd praised Hyunjin in a local Korean radio interview. The connection continued through various social media interactions and support, and finally, the two met at Stray Kids’ ‘DOMINATE TOUR” day-2 LA stop. The announcement of the collab came as a selfie backstage at the show with the caption “Always Love ft. Hyunjin 🌹JUNE 27TH”, confirming the collaboration while increasing excitement for fans.
ALWAYS LOVE
“Always Love” carries D4vd’s familiar dreamy and hauntingly longing base, paired with Hyunjin’s soft and low vocals, tells a story of love. Overall, single focuses on deep thinking and internalization of one’s feelings as they come to a realization of what matters most: the presence of their loved one. Both D4vd and Hyunjin’s vocal tones perfectly capture and complement the emotions so easily.

Additionally, D4vd has announced a world tour, WITHERED 2025 WORLD TOUR where he will visit cities across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the U.K. This tour was shaped purposely by D4vd as he was hands on on the creative process, you can expect a fully immersive live experience from visuals, set design and the high emotions of each night.
