The latest survival round of BOYS II PLANET had fans on the edge of their seats as 48 trainees went head-to-head across 12 songs in three class positions—vocal, rap and dance—with only one group crowned victorious. Viewers worldwide watched contestants take on popular tracks like Stray Kids’ “LALALALA,” JENNIE’s “like JENNIE” and i-dle’s “Queencard,” turning the stage into a showcase of diverse abilities, unexpected performances and unforgettable moments. While some teams fell short of expectations, others left a lasting impression.
Amid the wave of performances and anticipation, the show itself has also been making history. In less than two months since its premiere, BOYS II PLANET has already achieved record-breaking milestones across social platforms, proving its massive global reach. Official YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels have gained nearly 600 million views, while combined followers on YouTube, Instagram and X have surpassed 2 million.

The show comes from the same production team behind BOYS PLANET, which created ZEROBASEONE, the rookie group that debuted last year and landed at No. 28 on the Billboard 200 in April. Building on that success, BOYS II PLANET is set to form the next K-pop boy group with the help of fans worldwide.
In addition to strong results in Japan and South Korea, the United States became one of the show’s top global markets on YouTube. This highlights how BOYS II PLANET is drawing a solid North American fandom while keeping its worldwide momentum.
What sets the series apart is its interactive format. Fans known as “Star Creators” get to vote for their favorite trainees and help decide the final lineup. This global voting system has stirred up excitement and strengthened the bond between the show and its international audience.
