The wait is finally over! BTS has officially announced their long-awaited full-group comeback with a brand-new album, ‘ARIRANG,’ and a massive world tour running through 2027.
‘ARIRANG’ ALBUM
It all began with a beautiful gesture: BTS sent physical, handwritten letters to ARMY homes around the world as a heartfelt expression of gratitude and a direct signal that their return was near. The letters were gifted exclusively to fans who maintained their membership on Weverse. Then, the group reset their official Instagram account at midnight on Jan. 1. Within moments, social media erupted, with BTS trending worldwide as ARMY shared their excitement.
Recently, BTS have announced their fifth full-length album, ‘ARIRANG,’ set for release on March 20 at midnight ET. The album represents the culmination of their journey so far, defining the group entirely on their own terms. All seven members poured themselves into the album’s creation during the second half of 2025, resulting in a 14-track project that reflects their personal growth, evolving identities and unbreakable unity.
ARIRANG WORLD TOUR
Alongside the album, the band will embark on a long-awaited world tour in support of the album. This marks their first large-scale tour since BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE, in Las Vegas back in April 2022. Already one of the most anticipated returns in music history, the tour will be the biggest of BTS’s career, featuring 79 shows across 34 regions as the group takes over Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia.
The world tour will kick off with three shows in Goyang, South Korea, on April 9, 11 and 12, before heading to Tokyo, Japan. The North American leg will span 12 cities and 28 shows, launching in Tampa, Florida, and closing with an epic four-night run in LA.
By June and July, the seven-member group will storm Europe with stops in Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich and Paris. The tour will then move to Latin America and Asia, hitting powerhouse cities like São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Bangkok and Jakarta, with even more locations to come.
The tour will feature a state-of-the-art, 360-degree arena stage, creating a fully immersive experience that surrounds ARMY and brings BTS closer than ever before, while expanding capacity at every stop. With this world tour, BTS is set to make history, marking the highest number of tour dates and the widest global reach ever achieved by a South Korean artist.
