As Yang Hyun-suk (YG) described the group’s first five years as the “first act” of a play, this new album, released on Sept. 1, marks the start of their “second act.” It also introduces something new for the group with four retro-inspired tracks, including two full English songs for the first time.
The album captures the heartbeat of love, taking listeners through moments of excitement, longing and warmth with TREASURE’s signature energy. “EVERYTHING”
Originally considered as a title track, “EVERYTHING” will receive its own music video in the later half of promotions. The song continues TREASURE’s streak of emotional dance tracks, blending synth-pop and pop rock. Fast-paced drum beats and refreshing synths give the track a retro mood with a modern twist, while the lyrics capture the unease and impatience of craving love. Its addictive melody makes it easy to get swept up from the very first listen.
“PARADISE”
As the title track, “PARADISE” delivers the message that a moment spent with someone you love is true paradise. Romantic yet upbeat, the track conveys the dreamlike feeling of being with someone who feels like a miracle. Its retro disco funk sound and uplifting brass instruments amplify the excitement and joy of love, wrapping the listener in a warm sense of happiness. Written just before TREASURE’s concert, the song was designed for TEUMES to sing along with, focusing on interactive feel-good energy.
“NOW FOREVER”
For the first time, TREASURE presents a full English track with “NOW FOREVER.” It expresses the wish for a fleeting moment to last forever. With modern sound design and a hypnotic rhythm, the track creates a dreamy groove that lingers long after it ends. The emotional melody floats over a soundscape reminiscent of a deep night, making every second feel eternal. Rooted in synth-pop, the song throws back to influences from the late 70s and 80s.
“BETTER THAN ME”
“BETTER THAN ME” marks their second full English song and takes the form of a mid-tempo track. Arranged with inspiration from the mid-1990s, it adds a nostalgic flavor that fans may enjoy uncovering. The lyrics portray the lingering feelings after a breakup, holding onto love with the belief that no one else could ever be better. Emotional guitar melodies and rhythmic drums intensify the song, while restrained yet delicate vocal delivery adds depth and emotion.
From October onward, TREASURE will be preparing for their world tour, which includes their first-ever stadium concert in Thailand and a dome arena performance in Osaka. More dates are expected to be added as the tour continues into 2026. Known for their powerful live stages and ability to connect with fans, TREASURE promises to elevate their performances to an even higher level on this tour.
