BLACKPACK’s Jennie, who has been highly awaited for a solo comeback, is finally in our hands. After signing as a solo artist with Columbia Records in partnership with her record label, ODDATELIER, she has released her newest single, “Mantra.” Through the lyrics, she wants to unapologetically celebrate every woman’s self-confidence and boldness. It is a new addition to all girls’ empowering playlist.
On October 11th, she also released the official music video for “Mantra.” From the beginning of the video, Jennie shows an evident rendition of L. Palm trees, skyscrapers, typical vehicles, and endless traffic displayed in almost every scene. At the same time, fans can also witness her incredible fashion style and fun choreography. She emphasizes girlhood and women’s independence with female dancers by her side.
To stay tuned on Jennie’s comeback promotion, she is set to appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on October 15 and the Korean show “Mnet M Countdown!” on October 17th.
