4th Gen powerhouses, Tomorrow X Together, recently released their fourth full-length album. The project, titled “The Star Chapter: Together,” follows previous albums and storylines, making it highly anticipated. The album comprises eight tracks, and for the first time, five of those tracks are solo songs from each member. Fans were elated to hear a project from the group after a year of no new projects. Additionally, it was teased that this album was the conclusion of a very special storyline, which spanned six years.
THE STAR SEEKERS
The “Star Seekers” storyline began with their 2019 debut album, ‘The Dream Chapter: Star.’ It introduced five strangers (the members) who accept each other and make a promise to a star. They promise the star that they’ll make a return, and fans later realize that that star may just be representative of themselves; MOA. Throughout the story, each member is given an individual name, mission, and motive. While there is speculation about how the story plays out, one thing remains clear: They must make it back home to the star.
Throughout the rest of their discography, we see themes of friendship, betrayal, fear, and yearning for identity. It centers around the common experience of boys navigating their youth and adulthood together. A mix of symbolism, magical realism, and crypticism was heavily ingrained into their discography, leaving it up to interpretation.
On July 21, 2025, that storyline came to a close with their most recent release. Although it’s bittersweet, fans are excited to look back on the journey that they’ve had with the members through this special project.
TITLE TRACK
“Beautiful Strangers” serves as the title track for this album. Filled with various references to past music videos, the track has its way of giving viewers a familiar-yet-new experience. We get to see a sense of community and belonging between the members as they’ve navigated this world together. It’s the perfect song for the summer, as it feels like the conclusion to beautiful memories, much like it aims to do. With lyrics, “A promise of eternity, In a world where the spell is broken. We’re beautiful strangers,” it truly reminds you that five strangers were brought together to make a beautiful tomorrow.
SOLO SURPRISES
For the first time, each member had the opportunity to release their own solo track. Typically, TXT creates unit songs; however, they gave MOA’s a taste of something new with songs such as “Ghost Girl” by Yeonjun, “Sunday Driver” by Soobin, “Dance With You” by Heuningkai, “Take My Half” by Beomgyu, and “Bird of Night” by Taehyun. Each song has its own melodic twist, perfect for the member singing it.
The remainder of the album has three group songs: “Upside Down Kiss,” “Beautiful Strangers,” and “Song of the Stars.” This album encompasses various sounds, ranging from chill R&B to the perfect slow jam.
TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT
With a large discography and a new feast for our ears, TXT couldn’t help but support this album release with a North American tour. Spanning nine cities, they’ll be spending their fall with MOA to showcase everything they’ve got in store. Tomorrow X Together have outdone themselves once again & we look forward to seeing how this project progresses.
