This season has been on fire with collaborations. We’ve seen boy groups, girl groups, soloists and many more that excited us! On Nov. 7, SEVENTEEN members S.COUPS and MINGYU decided to join the fun and release a remix of their shared song, “5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman).” The duo, called CxM, released their first studio album, ‘HYPE VIBES,’ in September. The album has six tracks, including the original version of “5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)” featuring Lay Bankz.

Although “5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)” was well received by fans, CxM had much more in store. In fact, they had one more person they wanted to bring onto the track, American rapper Flo Milli. A remixed version of the track was released barely a month after their initial album release. The song maintains its funky and groovy undertones while introducing a fun, preppy sound from Flo.

Flo Milli rose to fame with her current hit, “Never Lose Me,” and also ranked top ten in Billboard’s “Hottest Female Rappers” list last year. Flo Milli’s style emits high energy, quirkiness and her iconic girl boss energy. She added her own flavor to this remix with her signature punchy flow and personality. She continued to deliver her own definition of what a pretty woman means to her and empower others with lyrics such as “I step up in the room, all eyes on me” and “I told you pretty girls rock, pretty girls on top.” No matter what, she reminds everyone listening that they’re the boss.
This recent release was the perfect follow-up to CxM’s recent projects. ‘HYPE VIBES’ debuted at No.71 on the Billboard 200, the highest ranking ever achieved by a K-pop unit. Additionally, the duo made their way to the peak of Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart, where they’ve resided for three consecutive weeks. Overall, ‘HYPE VIBES’ has gained lots of popularity among fans and critics alike.
