JayB, the beloved leader of 3rd generation boy group GOT7 has finally returned after his military service! IGOT7s are delighted with his return, along with the long-awaited debut of his first full album, ‘Archive 1: [Road Runner].’ With his successful comeback after his military service, JayB is now looking to share more of his music. JayB’s discography has always been immaculate, with R&B and soul songs complementing his unique vocal colors. Let’s take a look at some of JayB’s songs to vibe to!

JayB mentioned in a recent Esquire Korea 4 Angles interview that “Baby” is a song has been with for a long time. Being a song he’s been working with for several years, it has a special place in JayB’s heart. “Baby” starts off his ‘Archive 1: [Road Runner] album on a sweet note. In its upbeat melody and romantic lyrics, JayB sings praises and lovely words about his partner. Everything seems to freeze in time when JayB is with his one and only girl. “AM PM”
Fall into the late-night vibes of yearning with “AM PM!” In this sentimental track, both sides yearn since they think about each other day and night. The thoughts of JayB’s loved one both seduce and haunt him daily and nightly. Through the lyrics, it feels like he’s trapped in an endless cycle of missing and dreaming about his loved one. At one point, JayB calls his loved one selfish for practically having him in the palm of her hand. Yet he can’t hate his partner, even if it feels like she’s playing with his heart. However, little does he know that his partner thinks about him just as much, showing their mutual love for each other.
“Cloud Nine”
Let’s slow things down and get in the mood with “Cloud Nine!” JayB’s sensual vocals here feel like a siren calling out to their lover. Being one of JayB’s more mature songs, the lyrics focus on spending an unforgettable night with their lover. As the music reaches its climax, JayB assures his lover that he’ll lift them high like they’re flying in the sky. He takes their lover to cloud nine, where their tensions melt away and are replaced with pure bliss. “Fame”

When JayB is with his loved one, it feels like he’s shining bright and walking on the right path.
