ATEEZ’s Seonghwa is not just a gifted vocalist. Throughout his idol career, he has shown off his very many sides to ATINY, leaving them waiting in anticipation for what’s to come. Here are a few moments to showcase Seonghwa’s many talents!
1. King of TikTok
If it wasn’t for Seonghwa, ATEEZ’s TikTok account would’ve started collecting cobwebs. In addition to posting silly challenge videos like the one above, he has also come up with several group videos such as this one for Crazy Form and another trend. The other members express how often Seonghwa asks them to do a TikTok with him, showing his passion for making funny videos and dedication to ATEEZ’s social media following.
2. King of Performance
The P in Performance stands for Park Seonghwa. Many fans have expressed how Seonghwa’s fan cams are the gateway to ATEEZ for them, which is not hard to agree with. He is part of an ATEEZ unit unofficially dubbed “The Demon Line,” due to how they perform like they’re possessed by a dancing demon. Everything from his facial expressions to his fluid movements, to his ability to get into character — Seonghwa is truly a master of his craft.
3. King of Modeling
Unless you have poor taste, we can all agree that Seonghwa is quite a good-looking man. His many ventures into magazine cover shoots with his group show his versatility and adaptability with various outfits and poses. This past March, however, he got to do his first solo cover shoot with the Japanese fashion and lifestyle magazine, GIANNA BOYFRIEND. This cover shoot may be his boldest one yet, but it is just the beginning for him!
4. King of Rapping
For those who are familiar with ATEEZ, you may have heard about how Seonghwa auditioned for the company as a rapper. Although he ended up becoming a vocalist for the group’s final line-up, Seonghwa got to step into the role a few times, such as their Japanese single “DREAMERS” and their collab with Kim Jong-kook. However, he officially solidified his place in the rap line with “BOUNCY,” and later in his unit song with Hongjoong, “MATZ”. Additionally, he contributed lyrics to “MATZ” in a true collaborative effort with ATEEZ’s captain.
5. King of Vocals
Finally, we can’t have a Seonghwa appreciation post without talking about his beautiful voice! Especially in this cover of Troye Sivan’s “Angel Baby,” Seonghwa showcases the gentle and soft side of his range. While on ATEEZ songs, he has shown how wide his range can go, from his low range in songs like “WIN” to hitting high notes as he does in “Utopia”. Although we still haven’t seen Seonghwa’s full potential, ATINY are excited to see what else he has in store for the future!
Although we can’t cover every talent Seonghwa has, let us know what we missed on our Instagram or Twitter!
