ASTRO is known for their top-tier title tracks like “ONE,” “Candy Sugar Pop,” “Blue Flame,” and “Crazy Sexy Cool.” Their b-sides, however, don’t get that much recognition, but we are here to change that. Here are six B-sides that will make you instantly fall for ASTRO!
First Love/Innocent Love
“Innocent Love” talks about the feelings and experiences of falling in love for the first time. The song describes a sense of nostalgia as the narrator longs for a past relationship. “First Love” is from their debut mini-album, ‘Spring Up’ and deals with a similar sensation. The pop piano ballad allows the listener to hear their emotions in the lyrics.
Because It’s You
The feeling of finding comfort in someone after being heartbroken perfectly summarizes “Because It’s You.” The song comes from ASTRO’s fourth mini-album, ‘Dream Part. 01.’ The group expresses appreciation for their significant other for bringing love, healing, and happiness into their life. This pop ballad encases the member’s chilling vocals and rap in a simple beat with a piano instrumental.
1 In A Million
Coming from their first full length album, ‘All Light,’ “1 In A Million” shows an infatuation with and admiration for someone they see as unique. “One in a million” expresses that the other person cannot be anyone or anything else. This song contains ASTRO’s classic sound with a bright and fun instrumental. The self-produced music video shows each member’s personality perfectly.
All Good
ASTRO shows affection and contentment in a relationship in “All Good.” Coming from their second album, ‘All Yours,’ the lyrics portray the group’s desire to be with their partner and their want to know every detail about them. The instrumental has a fun pop sound with synth beats to make us dance and feel good all day.
MY ZONE
“MY ZONE” dives into the experience of finding and embracing one’s space or zone, where they can fully be and express themselves. From their eighth extended play, ‘SWITCH ON,’ ASTRO encourages the listener to overcome obstacles, find the space to be themselves, and embrace their individuality, leading to personal growth and fulfillment. This song falls into the House genre, which is outside of ASTRO’s usual sound, but they adapted to it in the best way possible.

“More” comes from ASTRO’s third full length album, ‘Drive to the Starry Road.’ This song is a passionate love story about an irresistible attraction to a significant other. The group describes their intense feelings and desire to be closer to their lover. The instrumental has a funky bass line that is quite addicting. The serious tone of the singing and rapping perfectly fit the instrumental.
