LE SSERAFIM are serving a new flavor to K-pop this fall. The quintet (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eunchae) will make their comeback on Oct. 24 with their first single album ‘SPAGHETTI’.
Announced on Weverse, the comeback immediately raised anticipation for LE SSERAFIM’s first release in seven months since their well-received fifth mini album, ‘HOT.’ The title ‘SPAGHETTI’ conveys LE SSERAFIM’s “irresistible charm that entangles you like strands of spaghetti,” promising a release that draws listeners in and keeps them wrapped up in the song.
Alongside the announcement, the group unveiled a playful timetable motion clip on HYBE LABELS’ YouTube channel and SOURCE MUSIC’s social media. The restaurant-themed animation opens with LE SSERAFIM’s logo twisted in spaghetti noodles before cutting to a diner scene that teases a series of upcoming content pieces with witty names such as “CHEEKY NEON PEPPER,” “SAMPLER PLATTER,” “EAT IT UP!” and “THE KICK” instead of the usual concept trailers or photos.
The comeback follows the strong momentum of LE SSERAFIM’s first world tour EASY CRAZY HOT. Beginning in Incheon and Japan earlier in April, the tour has expanded to 29 shows across 19 cities. The North American stops stood out, with all seven shows selling out in major cities including Newark, Chicago, Grand Prairie, Inglewood, San Francisco, Seattle and Las Vegas. At every performance, the members proved why they are among K-pop’s most charismatic performers, thrilling tens of thousands of FEARNOTs with dynamic stages and unforgettable fan moments.
During the North American leg, LE SSERAFIM also made history as the first K-pop girl group to appear on America’s Got Talent, following BTS as only the second K-pop act ever to do so. The group further connected with fans in new ways by hosting exclusive Amazon Music pop-ups in Los Angeles and Seattle. Ahead of their Mexico City concert, they released a heartfelt cover of Selena Quintanilla’s “Amor Prohibido”, which drew more than 730,000 views in just two days.
Tokyo Dome Finale and Album Release
The tour will wrap with encore shows at the legendary Tokyo Dome on Nov. 18 and 19, marking another major milestone in their career.
