ENHYPEN has officially teased the release of their next chapter. The septet revealed the 11-track tracklist for their seventh mini album, ‘THE SIN : VANISH,’ which releases on Jan. 16 at 12 a.m. ET (2 p.m. KST).
Moreover, this EP launches an entirely new series and opens a darker, more immersive storyline within ENHYPEN’s ever-expanding fantasy universe. Arriving six months after their previous release, the album moves into deeper themes of taboo, desire, sacrifice, and forbidden love.

Set within ENHYPEN’s established universe, ‘THE SIN : VANISH’ continues the story from its sixth mini album ‘DESIRE : UNLEASH.’ This chapter explores a forbidden bond and an absolute taboo condemned by the vampire society while following lovers forced into exile to protect what they cherish most.
Over time, ENHYPEN has crafted a cohesive narrative across their discography to portray a coming-of-age journey influenced by fate, love, and temptation. This storytelling approach, combined with striking visuals and a genre-spanning sound, now defines their artistic identity.
An Experimental Narrative Experience
The release follows an unconventional 11-track structure that brings music and cinematic storytelling together. To begin this journey, ENHYPEN unveiled a Narration Preview through their official YouTube channel, offering fans an early look into the album’s narrative framework. The preview features excerpts from four narration tracks titled “The Beginning,” “The Fugitives,” “The Voice,” and “The Beyond.”
Rather than a typical introduction, the narration unfolds as a fictional investigative broadcast. Delivered from the perspective of a program host reporting a vampire escape case, the story centers on forbidden vampire lovers who defy their society and choose exile over separation.
Not only that, ENHYPEN pushes its worldbuilding further through VAMPIRE NOW. It functions as a real-time digital news publication, giving the unseen a voice and connecting vampire communities across the world. Framed as a real-time journalism platform, VAMPIRE NOW operates like an actual publication with a dedicated website and active social channels on Instagram and Xiaohongshu to deliver breaking updates, investigative coverage, and in-depth analysis tied to the album’s storyline. As a result, the album immediately feels cinematic, tense, and deeply emotional.
A Cinematic Tale In Four Languages
Adding to its immersive scope, the narration appears in four languages, including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English. Acclaimed actor Park Jeong-min (The 8 Show, Hellbound, Reply 1988) lends his voice to the Korean version, while Japanese actor and voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda (Kento Nanami from Jujutsu Kaisen) and Chinese singer Lars Huang voice the Japanese and Chinese versions.
Through this multilingual approach, ENHYPEN further strengthens the album’s global reach while making sure international ENGENEs (ENHYPEN’s fanbase) can fully experience the story as it unfolds.
Unique Tracklist Structure
‘THE SIN : VANISH’ features 11 tracks that include four narration tracks, one skit, and six songs designed to be experienced in sequence rather than as standalone releases.
The musical escape begins with “No Way Back,” which features the distinctive vocals of So!YoON! from SE SO NEON. This song captures the anxiety and resolve of the lovers as they choose a path of no return. The dreamlike mood and cinematic atmosphere of this opening track set a high bar for the rest of the album.
Star Collaborations And Jake’s Songwriting Debut
Following closely is the title track “Knife,” which brings a sharp intensity and message to the album with lyrics by GAEKO of Dynamic Duo. This track portrays the fugitives’ mindset as they face danger head-on. Fueled by unyielding confidence to stand against any threat, the track highlights ENHYPEN’s explosive energy and fearless presence.
As the album progresses, each track reflects a new emotional phase of the escape. “Stealer” surges with adrenaline and tension, while “Big Girls Don’t Cry” offers playful reassurance amid the chaos. The album then moves into a brief moment of calm with “Lost Island” to allow listeners to breathe before the final chapter unravels.
The journey closes with “Sleep Tight,” which is a somber and introspective track that captures the fragile peace found at the end of the escape. Notably, this song marks JAKE’s first self-composed track. HEESEUNG also contributed to the lyrics, which proves the members are taking full control of their creative process and growth.
ENHYPEN Redefines Traditional Album Formats
Through its layered storytelling and unconventional structure, ENHYPEN places itself as next-generation innovators. Their influence continues to grow worldwide following a landmark appearance at Coachella and a debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. After wrapping up their 19-city, 32-show world tour WALK THE LINE with sold-out stops across the U.S. and Europe, the group has solidified their status as global stars.
Building on these milestones, ‘THE SIN : VANISH’ stands as ENHYPEN’s next bold leap forward as it invites everyone into a darker and richer chapter of its evolving saga. The album drops worldwide on Jan. 16 at 12 a.m. ET (2 p.m. KST).
