&TEAM SHOW THEIR PASSION IN “WE ON FIRE”

&TEAM is back with their EP ‘WE ON FIRE.’ The group has been pushing boundaries in showcasing and succeeding with all their releases thus far, sparking an uptick in listeners with “Deer Hunter,” the group’s most mature and emotional song, and its music video. From then on, they have succeeded further with their Korean debut on Oct. 28, 2025, with ‘BACK TO LIFE,’ only two days after successfully wrapping up their ‘AWAKEN THE BLOODLINE TOUR: ENCORE’ in Japan at SAITAMA SUPER ARENA.

‘BACK TO LIFE’ sold over 1 million copies on its day of release on the Haneto Chart, surpassing 30 million views for its music video within the first week, additionally securing them 3 awards on various Korean music shows, and debuting at #1 on the Oricon chart in Japan, as well as topping Billboard charts for ‘World Album,’ ‘Top Current Album Sales,’ and ‘Top Album Sales’ and #78 on Top 100 Artists and so much more.

“WE ON FIRE“

The EP contains six tracks, two of which are Korean versions of “WE ON FIRE” and “BEWITCHED;” ‘Sakura-iro Yell’ and ‘HOTLINE’ make up the EP. A variety of genres best describe this EP. The title track carries a hip-hop tone, with a consistent bassline throughout, and features the members intermingling rapping and vocals harmoniously, which is very different but with a bit of that familiar nostalgic &TEAM tone, which is also carried through each song in this EP. ‘Bewitched’ has a hard-rock, angsty vibe, filled with guitar riffs, edgy drum beats, and complementary, unique vocals. This track is perfect for opening or closing a concert. ‘HOTLINE’ has a classic, refreshing J-Pop sound, full of electronic tones that evoke a fun, playful, game-like vibe. Of all the tracks on this EP, ‘HOTLINE’ has that classic, recognizable &TEAM sound you can spot from miles away, perfect for summer playfulness. Lastly, ‘Sakura-iro Yell’ is a softer song, filled with beautiful, mystical pianos and flute accompaniments that help shape the group’s soft, sweet melodic voices. This song brings us back to springtime 2024 with their EP ‘Samidare,’ full of nostalgia. However, that’s what &TEAM is best at: summoning that good feeling of nostalgia, even though no tangible memories are yet tied to a new song.

“WE ON FIRE” continues the group’s werewolf lore from “Dark Moon: The Grey City,” more specifically “The Witch of Yerasah,” focusing on Nicholas’s character, Najak. The music video showcases all members and a mysterious woman with long blonde hair in combat, running, and fighting against a sea of masked figures dressed in all black, set against sand dunes in a dystopian world. The video and lyrics focus on passion and heartache at the same time, with lyrics like “We on fire…even higher right now, can’t be stopped” and “No matter the pain, I’ll accept it.” The video continuously displays images of their wolf background with a large fire-breathing WOLF as well as members transforming into wolves, keeping true to their lore.

You can catch &TEAM at KCON JAPAN 2026 on Sunday, May 10, both on the Artist Stage and M Countdown at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Additionally, you can catch them kicking off their tour ‘BLAZE THE WAY’ in Japan two days later in Kanagawa at the K Arena Yokohama on May 13, 2026. And lastly, at KCON LA 2026 on Friday, Aug. 14, for their first-ever U.S. appearance on both the Artist Stage and M Countdown stage.
