Through double title tracks “BTTF” and “CHILLER”, they invite us to a time-traveling adventure to rediscover the most radiant versions of themselves in their nine-year idol journey.
The album follows the curious and eccentric NCT DREAM as they stumble upon a time machine and travel across nine tracks through three timelines: the Past (2016), the year of their debut; the Present (2025), their current moment; and the Absolute Present, a far-off future. As they revisit familiar places and long-lost emotions, they begin to ask, “If we can change the past… can’t we also change the future?” Their answer comes in “BTTF”, where they declare, “We are the future!”, and reflect on their journey with no regrets. In contrast, “CHILLER” celebrates the joy of living fully in the moment and hints at what’s next. Both tracks are linked as a prequel and sequel to the other, enhancing the album’s immersive story.
From sound to visuals, every detail supports the time travel concept. The trailer sets the world and characters, while the “BTTF” music video, officially approved by the creators of the 1985 film Back to the Future, recreates scenes across different eras. These timelines mirror NCT DREAM’s path from debut to future, blending nostalgia with a forward-thinking spirit. Ultimately, the message is clear: The most radiant ‘me’ is not found in a single moment but in every version of me shaped by choices, memories and dreams.

“BTTF”
The title track “BTTF” (short for “Back To The Future”) is a high-energy hip-hop dance number built on a signature synth bass. It features dynamic sound transitions and dramatic section shifts. The song instantly immerses us in a time travel narrative, leaping between past and future. The lyrics tell the story of NCT DREAM gaining the power and opportunity to change the future during a time-travel journey. As they look back on the path they have walked, they come to appreciate their precious, regret-free past and set their sights on returning to a future where they shine the brightest. “CHILLER”
Following the opening track, “CHILLER” is the album’s second title track. Conversely, it contrasts sharply with “BTTF” in sound and mood. Experimental and edgy, the track has a French touch with various genre elements, offering unexpected chord shifts and textured synths that pulse with electronic emotion. Acting as both a prequel and sequel to “BTTF”, its lyrics portray NCT DREAM at their peak, fully embracing their most radiant, authentic selves. “I LIKE IT”

“Interlude : Back to Our Paradise”
