Happiness doesn’t come from good grades (please study hard); it comes from SEVENTEEN‘s quirky trio, BooSeokSoon! SEUNGKWAN, DK and HOSHI reunited as the sub-unit with the 2nd single album ‘TELEPARTY.’ By fusing “telepathy” and “party,” BSS invites listeners to a party connected through their telepathic bond. The group continues the mission to spread joy and positive energy as the “ambassadors of youth,” creating music to exhilarate and encourage their audience.
“CBZ (Prime Time)”
The lead single, “CBZ (Prime Time),” is an upbeat fusion of swing jazz and country music with BSS’ distinctive style. Much like their previous singles, this track’s vibe is infectious, with a catchy chorus and joyous atmosphere while showcasing their unparalleled vocal talents. The song’s uplifting message, “Youth is anyone finding joy in the moment,” is the star of the music video as we follow the members in their pursuit to instill happiness into anyone, from office workers and exhausted students to a mother-daughter duo in distress. BSS and the star-studded cast—Uhm Jung-hwa, Jung Young-joo, Kal Sowon, and Moon Sang-hoon, celebrate youth from all walks of life, BooSeokSoon style.
*CBZ is an acronym for ‘CheongBaZi’,–which directly translates to “jeans.” The abbreviated expression in Korean, meaning “Youth is now,” is often used in group chants to boost unity and community.”
“Happy Alone”
Along with the infectious title track, ‘TELEPARTY’ features two additional songs, including “Happy Alone.” This New Jack Swing-inspired tune approaches being alone and how it is not as dreadful as it seems. In the song, BSS suggests treating oneself to a one-man party with the lyrics: “I’ll embroider my own time. To makе mundane moments special,” emphasizing the value of self-care and reveling in our solitary moments.
“Love Song”
The conclusion to ‘TELEPARTY’ is a smooth R&B ballad titled “Love Song.” In a classic R&B fashion, the trio yearns to reconnect with the love of their past. With lyrics like: “The feeling of longing hurts more than breaking up. It felt like nothing was wrong for a while, but my heart hurts,” BSS fervently illustrates the emotions of regret and longing after a break-up while reciting “I’ll just wait you” in the post-chorus, symbolizing their determination not to let go.
The trio shared individual messages about this release, expressing their gratitude to fans and promising to work hard in 2025.

Thanks to the love from our fans, we were able to make a comeback as BSS. Since it’s already been two years since our last release, we’re bringing in even more energy to cheer everyone on. We hope this album will be your happy start to 2025.
