“Hollow”
Starting off with the title track, “Hollow” rides a mid-tempo beat, blending a captivating hook with passionate vocals and expressive rap. The song sets the tone for the rest of the mini album, brutally portraying a persistent sense of loneliness—even in the midst of success. The music video, released a week before the album, reinforces the song’s message, depicting the Stray Kids members chasing the light through a series of difficult scenarios. Through the lyrics, Stays can sense the well-related feeling of impostor’s syndrome, that some might think K-pop idols would be the last people to live it.
“Parade”
Driven by continuous drum beats, Stray Kids welcome you to their “Parade”—a powerful and lively track bursting with energy. The verses reinforce the unbreakable bond between the group and their fans, promising a constant march forward together. With unwavering determination and oozing confidence, the song declares their intent to keep moving as one until the very end, in pursuit of success.
“Never Alone”
There isn’t a single lyric in “Never Alone” that doesn’t feel directly written for Stays. In this mid-tempo pop track, the members acknowledge the hardships they’ve faced throughout their journey. At the same time, they also express how they’ve endured it all thanks to the strength of their bond—both as a group and with their fans. Built around soft, soothing instrumentation, there is a constant heartfelt message: to keep fighting, because their unbreakable connection will always be enough, even in moments of loneliness. Although it’s the shortest track on the album, it feels like a limitless hug.
“just a little”
A gentle groove track with smooth instrumentation, “just a little” offers a moment of quiet reflection on ‘Hollow’. It’s a soft break-up song that conveys the raw, unbearable pain of an ending that feels both inevitable and devastating. Moreover, the warm and heartfelt vocals of Stray Kids deliver a clear message: sometimes “just a little” is enough to carry on forever.
“宿命”
A theatrical-inspired ballad-pop track closes out ‘Hollow’—titled Fate in Japanese. Through stirring instrumentation and emotional electric guitar lines, the Stray Kids members express their deep gratitude to Stays—not just for meeting them, but for supporting every step of their not-always-perfect journey. It’s a destined encounter turned reality, one that’s here to stay.
In ‘Hollow’, the renowned K-pop group Stray Kids take listeners on a heartfelt journey—one marked by restless ambition, unshakable solidarity, free-spirited partnership, and eternal gratitude. Simultaneously, the mini album begins by talking about the darker side of fame, it gradually shifts focus, closing with a powerful celebration of the enduring love and support shared between Stray Kids and their fandom, Stays.
