LE SSERAFIM Gives Fans a First Look at Their 4th Mini Album, ‘CRAZY’

LE SSERAFIM is taking over this summer! The group kicked things off with a viral Coachella performance in April, followed by their YouTube docuseries, ‘Make it Look Easy’, which they released in July. Now, they’ve announced their 4th mini album, ‘CRAZY’, coming August 30. 

The concept photos for this release have caused a lot of buzz among fans with their refreshingly unconventional style. The first set of concept photos, titled ‘THUNDERING CEDAR’, shows LE SSERAFIM members Chaewon, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, and Eunchae in a Frankenstein-esque scene, where they are seen being struck by lightning bolts and showing off their classic Y2K wardrobe.

The second concept, ‘ODD FAIRY FLOSS’, is exactly how the title makes it sound– endearingly odd. LE SSERAFIM sits in an imaginary realm, complete with croissant headphones, donut nails, fairy-like makeup, and distorted proportions. LE SSERAFIM fans have loved this concept’s whimsical charm!

‘HEATHERS ROCK’, the third and final concept, shows the members in a hazy urban setting, playing jump rope and walking down the sidewalk together in a series of pastel-colored outfits.

The official samplers for the album have already gone viral online, where fans have been expressing their excitement about the group’s venture into more dance and phonk-influenced music. ‘CRAZY’ Sampler B already has over 300k views on YouTube and 1 million views on TikTok, where fans have been creating their dances and theories for what they think the group’s official choreography will be.

LE SSERAFIM has also released an exciting trailer for the album, titled ‘CHASING LIGHTNING’, which fits perfectly with the album’s bold and striking themes.

This promotion cycle has once again proven LE SSERAFIM’s adventurous creativity, not just in their music but also in their visuals. We can’t wait for ‘CRAZY’ to be released!
