NCT 127 is finally back after two years and ready to make some noise! The group has revealed the track video for “Piñata,” giving NCTzens their first taste of their highly anticipated seventh full-length album, ‘BLINGY’. For this long-awaited comeback, they return as a five-member unit featuring Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Jaehyun, and Haechan, while Doyoung and Jungwoo are currently completing their mandatory military service.

This music video is a wild ride! The track mixes rock and hip-hop with electric guitar riffs, funky bass, and breakbeat-heavy drums, giving it that signature NCT 127 energy. When one thing cannot get any crazier, the guitar solo and powerful rap verses kick in and take it to another level.
The lyrics explain how NCT 127 is here to own every stage and turn every performance into a full-on celebration, just like smashing open a piñata and letting all the excitement at once. The video perfectly complements the track, following the members as they make their way through late-night Seoul, facing fights and chaos along the way. But no matter what comes their way, they always find themselves coming back together in the end, a perfect reflection of NCT 127’s bond and their journey as a team.
NCT 127 is making sure to show up and show out with this comeback, as the group is set to headline KCON LA 2026 this Friday, August 14. Bringing their signature high-energy performances to LA, NCT 127 will give fans a chance to see the newly reunited five-member lineup take the stage.

Ahead of their ‘BLINGY,’ the members will celebrate with NCT 127 7TH ALBUM [BLINGY] COMEBACK LIVE PARTY on Aug. 25 at Hall 10A of KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Ilsan, Korea. The special event will give fans the first-ever live performances of songs from ‘BLINGY,’ while the members also share behind-the-scenes stories and an exclusive look into the making of their seventh studio album, making it the perfect celebration of NCT 127’s long-awaited comeback.
NCTzens won’t have to wait much longer for the full album either. ‘BLINGY’, NCT 127’s seventh studio album, is set for release on Aug. 24 at 5 AM EST, marking their first comeback in approximately two years since ‘WALK’ in July 2024. Pre-orders for the physical album are now available online and through retailers worldwide.
