KCON LA 2023 is only three weeks away and with each day, fans are given more reasons to be excited about this 3-day experience. KCON is known for its unique experiences including special stages, only to be seen at KCON. Where else can you see all of your favorite groups collaborate for 3 nights straight right in the heart of Downtown LA?
Special MCs
One of fan’s favorite parts about KCON is seeing their favorite group members trade in their singer hats for an MC hat. This year we’re going to see the return of MC Wonyoung for day one of the concert, taking place on Friday, August 18. Following Wonyoung’s return, RAIN will be taking his turn as special MC on Saturday, August 19. Closing us out we see the return of another beloved MC, Stray Kids’ Bang Chan.
Special Stages
Special MCs and now special stages? They really know how to make us feel special! Taking the stage on day one is one stage that we don’t want to miss. NCT U ( Taeyong X Ten). “Baby Don’t Stop” stage on the first day? We sure hope so! NMIXX is also taking the special stage on day one, leaving us wondering what tricks they’ll pull out for this stage. On day two Kep1er, XG, and xikers are taking the special stage. Wow, this is going to be iconic. Closing out the special stages on day three are JO1 and The Boyz (who are debuting a brand new subunit on the KCON special stage.) These special stages are ones not to miss!
Hi, My First
Brand new to the KCON lineup is Hi, my first. A series where artists perform their older songs for the first time in a while. ATEEZ and Stray Kids are both to take part in this series on days two and three. These stages are perfect for newer fans who wish they discovered their artists at an earlier time. This is the time to experience the greatness of both ATEEZ and Stray Kids’ older music!
KCON is approaching quickly so make sure to secure your tickets here! We can’t wait to see what performances the lineup has in store for us this year. What songs are hoping to hear this year? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram. Make sure to keep up with KCON on Twitter.
