Head in the Clouds has, for years, celebrated Asian culture. Combining food and music with artists like XG, KATSEYE, NO NA, DABIN.KR and more. Among the many artists that performed, a variety of other attractions were set up around the festival like every year: Club 1999 and Toyota Music Den, where DJ sets featuring artists like Rhea Rajj were held, as well as being able to meet artists like NO NA. Food stalls, beauty and photo ops were among the many other attractions, but of course the main stage was where all fans waited and celebrated all the artists they came to see.
Fans of all ages lined the barricade, hyping up each artist as they performed. Introducing the crowd to newer artists and seasoned artists brought a fresh environment, as each set differed from the other a whole lot. Each artist brought a unique vibe to their set from pop, R&B, K-pop, J-pop, and more. The lineup was an array of both male and female artists. However, while we thoroughly enjoyed each artist’s set, these artists were at the forefront of our highlights as we look back.
Performing Artists
UMI slowed things down with her soulful R&B set full of high vibrational and inspirational insights, as she had the whole crowd practicing deep breath exercises before her set. UMI is authentically herself, and while performing, whether a fan or not, you can see just what kind of person and artist she is. Though she can slow things down, she also hyped the crowd immensely for the next artist as she played songs like “Party in the U.S.A.” by Miley Cyrus, running into the crowd as they joined her in singing along. If you didn’t know who UMI was before her set at Head In the Clouds, you were sure to know who she is now and can’t help but become a fan.

NO NA, members consist of Christy, Esther, Baila, and Shazfaa, is a girl group from Indonesia under 88rising. NO NA brings the beauty of strong woman power and sex appeal to their music. Their music is full of pop, dance, and hip hop vibes while highlighting their own flair as a group. Though they only just started as a group last year in 2025, these girls are definitely a group to keep your eye on. During their set, they paid homage to other widely known girl groups such as Destiny’s Child with a fiery dance break adorned in brightly colored outfits accessorized with beads, shells, and drapey textiles. Reflecting the colorfulness of their country, making them each stand out looking like mermaids.

XG always blows everyone away with their colorful, unique visuals, stage outfits, catchy songs, and the love you can see they have for one another on stage. In true XG fashion, their stage had additional set pieces and pyrotechnics, providing more than just a ‘set’ but a full-blown experience of what and who XG is as a group and how they go about their artistry. It’s about details creating a one-of-a-kind adventure for all. XG played popular hard-hitting rap hits like “WOKE UP” and fun dance pop tracks like “Something Ain’t Right,” “Hypnotize,” and unit tracks “PS118” and “4 SEASONS,” among many others.

KATSEYE has become one of the biggest girl groups since their debut; their single ‘GNARLY’ shot them through the roof, topping charts and becoming widely popular on TikTok. As the headliners of Head In The Clouds, this marked their second headlining festival to date in just a short time. As the girls took the stage in pink and blue sparkly outfits, they opened their set with their single “PINKY UP.” Though they were missing one member last minute, Sophia, the remainder of the girls still kept the energy up following Lara’s lead on stage. KATSEYE performed many of their fans’ favorites and hits while also performing their newly released single “Animal” as they closed out another Head In The Clouds.
