XG has officially kicked off 2026 with their first-ever official full-length album, ‘THE CORE – 核 ‘. After a successful 2025 for XG, who performed at Coachella, closing the Sahara stage to widespread acclaim, and recently making their U.S. television debut on the season finale of The Voice. In ‘THE CORE – 核’, XG transitions from “Xtraordinary Girls” to “Xtraordinary Genes,” redefining their essence and ushering in a new era of power.

‘HYPNOTIZE‘
The 10-track album includes the pre-released single “GALA” as well as the new single “HYPNOTIZE,” a house-driven track reminiscent of early 90s dance tracks like “This Is Your Night” by Amber. However, blending their R&B flair with their signature elite ethereal or out-of-this-world visuals. The track, along with its visuals, tells a very straightforward story focusing on fascination, alluring, almost putting one in a trance, further signifying “HYPNOTIZE.” The other tracks featured are full of old-school upbeat R&B vibes that are full of empowering and uplifting lyrics about oneself and love.
Tracklist:
- XIGNAL (The Intro)

The accompanying music video depicts a journey toward the group’s deepest inner realm of what is unknown. XG is known for their space themes, and just like space for “HYPNOTIZE,” the deep sea serves as a metaphor again of the unknown and deeper roots of who and what XG is comprised of as a whole. The video opens by inviting viewers in through the members’ dreamy gazes as they are all dressed in an otherworldly and ethereal manner. Gradually changing up visuals and tones that complement each other in sync with the music.
XG will kick off their second world tour, XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE, in Japan on Feb. 6, with more dates to be announced, including North America, Europe, the UK, Latin America, and more.
