X1 was an 11-member group formed through the survival show Produce X 101. The members of X1 were Seungwoo, Seungyoun, Wooseok, Yohan, Hangyul, Junho, Dongpyo, Minhee, Eunsang, Hyeongjun, and Dohyun. The group had a five-year contract under Swing Entertainment. They debuted on August 27, 2019, with the EP ‘Emergency: Quantum Leap’ with the title track “Flash.” X1 disbanded on January 6, 2020, due to a vote manipulation investigation against Mnet.
Achievements
Before their debut, X1 debuted on the Billboard Social 50 chart at six and the Billboard Emerging Artists chart at eleven. ‘Emergency: Quantum Leap’ sold over 500,000 physical copies in its first week, breaking the record for highest first-week sales for a debut album in South Korea. The music video for “Flash” became the fastest debut music video for a boy group to reach 100 million views on YouTube.

Seungwoo
Seungwoo returned to his original group under IST Entertainment, VICTON, with members Seungsik, Chan, Sejun, Hanse, Byungchan, and Subin. He officially gave up his leader title to Seungsik during the group’s Continuous era. On August 10, 2020, he made his solo debut with the track “Sacrifice.” His debut title track talks about obsession, possession, and the lengths willing to go to for love. He returned to K-Pop from his military enlistment on June 27, 2023, with “Dive Into.” “Dive Into ” reveals Seungwoo’s desire for a deep emotional connection and his willingness to give up and inquire about the depths of love with someone.
Seungyoun
Seungyoun continued his solo career under the name WOODZ. On June 29, 2020, he released his first EP ‘EQUAL.’ The extended play peaked at number four on the Gaon Album charts with 149,560 physical copies sold. ‘ His most recent release is his fifth EP ‘OO-LI’ with the title track “Journey.’ The song is a message of perseverance and self-discovery. WOODZ also encourages his listeners to embrace the highs and lows of life and to move forward toward growth and change. Right now, he is on his OO-LI World Tour with stops in Europe, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, USA. His Seoul tour dates sold out and he also had some VIP and VIP upgrade tickets sold out for his shows in Europe.
Wooseok
Wooseok was a member of the group UP10TION during his time in X1. On May 25, 2020, he made his solo debut with “Red Moon” from his first mini-album ‘1st Desire (Greed).’ He would later leave UP10TION silently in 2023. His most recent solo comeback was on April 3, 2023, with “Dawn.” Wooseok is cast in a new mystery drama called Night Has Come. Will you watch it?
Yohan
Yohan released a solo song, “No More,” on August 25, 2020. Following that was the debut of the boy group he joined, WEi. WEi is a six-member boy group under OUI Entertainment with members Daehyeon, Donghan, Yongha, Seokhwa, and Junseo along with Yohan. Yohan’s positions in WEi are the center, lead rapper, and sub-vocalist. WEi’s latest comeback. “Overdrive,” talks about seeking adventure, living life to the fullest, and finding oneself in the process.
In 2021, Yohan starred in the drama School 2021 as the main lead Gong Ki-Joon. His latest solo project for Project Restless was a collaboration with CHUU on the song “Let’s Love.” Project Restless is a “spring playlist project” that plans to release songs in the spring, which is the season when people feel excited yet tired and restless. “Let’s Love” is a cheerful and optimistic song that expresses the excitement of falling in love and the desire to have a deep connection with someone special to them.
Hangyul
Hangyul debuted in the duo called H&D (Hangyul and Dohyon) on April 21, 2020, with the track “SOUL.” The song portrays a deep connection and an unchanging, everlasting love between two individuals, symbolized by the soul. The instrumental is a classic club beat at the chorus with high energy and pulsing percussion.
On November 19, 2020, he debuted in the boy group BAE173 as the leader, main dancer, and vocalist. BAE173 is currently an eight-member group under MBK Entertainment and Interpark. The current members are Junseo, J-MIn, Hangyul, Yoojun, Muzin, Youngseo, Doha and Bit. BAE173’s recent comeback was with “DaSH.” The track is about having the determination and confidence to pursue one’s dreams without fear or doubt. The lyrics show empowerment and refusal to be shaped by societal expectations.
Junho
Junho debuted in the boy group DRIPPIN under Woolim Entertainment on October 28, 2020. The other members of DRIPPIN include Hyeop, Yunseong, Changuk, Dongyun, and Minseo. He’s a vocalist, center, face of the group, and maknae. DRIPPIN’s latest comeback was with “SEVEN SINS.” “SEVEN SINS” explores the theme of temptation and indulgence in the seven deadly sins.
Dongpyo
Dongpyo debuted in the seven-member boy group MIRAE on March 17, 2021. The group is under DSP Media with fellow members Junhyuk, Lien, Dohyun, Khael, Siyoung, and Yubin. MIRAE’s most recent comeback was on July 19, 2023, with the title track “JUMP!” The song is about embracing challenges, pushing boundaries, and striving for growth and fulfillment.

Minhee
On April 14, 2020, Minhee debuted as the lead vocalist and visual of the boy group CRAVITY. CRAVITY is a nine-member group under Starship Entertainment featuring Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, and Seongmin. CRAVITY’s latest comeback was with “MEGAPHONE,” a song that encourages listeners to embrace individuality, raise their voices, and leave their mark on the world without fear.
Eunsang
Eunsang made his solo debut with “Beautiful Scar” in collaboration with AB6IX’s Park Woojin on August 31, 2020. On April 20, 2022, he debuted in the boy group YOUNITE. Their most recent comeback was on May 17, 2023, with “Waterfall.” Eunsang was in the K-dramas Idol: The Coup and Part-Time Melo.
Hyeongjun
Hyeongjun debuted as a vocalist in the nine-member boy group CRAVITY on April 14, 2020, along with Minhee. He also wrote and composed “Boogie Woogie” with Minhee for the group’s fourth mini-album ‘New Wave.’
Dohyun
Dohyun debuted in the duo H&D with Hangyul on April 21, 2020. On November 19, 2020, he would debut with Hangyul in BAE173 as the main rapper and maknae. In October 2022, he went on a hiatus from BAE173 activities due to health concerns. On April 27, 2023, Dohyun filed a lawsuit against the company of BAE173, PocketDol Studio. It was announced that he won his lawsuit to suspend his contract with PocketDol studio on June 21, 2023. He has not decided on any new music activities but promises to return as a better musician.
