Kep1er is back with their fourth mini album ‘LOVESTRUCK!” with the title track “Giddy”. Their mini-album was released on April 10th, 2023, only two months after their last single release “I do! Do you?” in February of this year.
Kep1er is a 9-member girl group formed through the survival show Girl’s Planet 999. They debuted on January 3rd, 2022 with the title track “Wa Da Da”. During their short career, they have produced numerous track of great music that showcases Kep1er’s youthful and energetic sound.

Kep1er’s newest addition to their roster of hits is “Giddy”. “Giddy” features an addictive bass line and an equally addictive chorus. The lyrics for “Giddy” emphasize the feeling of being around a crush. The dizziness, shaking, nerve-racking, heart-racing feelings all lead to the giddiness of young love!
The music video for “Giddy” is sleek and stylish! The fast-paced editing contrasts with the simple cinematography to create a tight flow to the visual rhythm. The members are styled in higher-end casual wear that fits the light but sleek aesthetic of the song and the music video’s color palette and choreography.
B-Sides and Beyond
‘LOVESTRUCK!’ also features four other tracks besides “Giddy”. “LVLY” displays a darker funk-pop side of Kep1er with bold lyrics about pursuing a crush without hesitation. Another stand-out b-side on this mini album is “Back to the City” which plays on synth-pop sounds to reminisce on good times spent in a city!
We loved Kep1er’s “Giddy” along with the ‘LOVESTRUCK!’ mini-album! Kep1er’s releases get better and better as they improve their talents and continue to work as a team. We are so excited to see what comes next for the members and the group as a whole.
