J-pop group &TEAM has returned with the autumn installment of their seasonal series on October 24. The series began in May with their spring single “Samidare,” followed by the summer single ” Aoarashi,” and is now back with “Jyuugoya” for autumn.
EJ, Fuma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki have consistently captured the feelings and vibes of each season. “Jyuugoya” is an easy-going, refreshing, soft-toned track with smooth vocals that pair nicely with the music video’s visuals. The music video shows each member as a bunny; later, after swallowing a shining star, we see each member’s real characteristics and unique qualities. Unlike other &TEAM music videos, “Jyuugoya” is cute and catches their dynamic as a group.
“Big Suki” differs significantly from “Jyuugoya,” with a funky, upbeat bass-filled sound paired with pop-punk influences. Upon first listening, you can’t help but start moving around and clapping along to the beat. The differences between both tracks perfectly showcase the duplexity of &TEAM, which is an incredible display of what genres they can execute.
Mark your calendars for &TEAM’s winter album, “Yukiakari,” which will be released on December 18, 2024. This is the last installment of their seasonal series.
